About the PeptiQuant Library

The PeptiQuant Library lists the 6474 synthetic proteotypic peptides covering 3624 proteins, synthesized and quality-controlled by MRM Proteomics and the Borchers laboratory: stable-isotope-labeled standards (SIS) and their unlabeled counterparts (NAT) for targeted quantitative proteomics (MRM / PRM).

Search for peptides of your proteins of interest, or paste a whole target list, add peptides to your list and request a quote. Peptides not marked available can be synthesized on demand.

The catalog is curated and kept current by the MRM Proteomics team.
